You Don’t Know What Your Having???

To all the amazing people who have the patience to wait until their little precious bundle arrives to be told “it’s a boy” or “it’s a girl”, our hats are off to you. I could barley wait twenty weeks to find out and then during the ultra sound they showed us everything but the sex! I almost exploded with anticipation! I admire you for having patience even if I don’t understand it.

This situation does make it a bit tricky to buy a gift. We all want our gift to get the big “awwww” at the shower but this is hard to pull off with neutral gifts. Don’t worry, we’ve got the little one covered, literally. I discovered some great neutral fabric designs that are full of personality and easily go either way. This baby blanket will be the star of the shower!

There’s No Fuss at My House

Life is hard enough, we certainly aren’t going to give you more chores. We chose the fleece and shag fabric because they are easy to care for. We pre-wash everything, so don’t be afraid to wash that bad boy. Throw your blanket in the washer and dryer. Nothing is better than a warm Big Babe blanket on a cold night. The only tricky part with the Big Babe blanket, is it usually turns into a giant ball in the dryer and you have to shake it out and dry it again. We wash ours in a front loading dryer and it usually takes about 30 minutes for the 2 dry cycles. It’s worth the extra effort. These blankets are fool proof and made to last.

So how does it work?

First, fill out our Online Custom Blanket Form with your preferences. Then we email you and ask you to tell us about yourself or your hobbies, along with favorite colors. Once we have all the info we need, we scour the internet to find unique custom blanket fabrics that match your answers. We then email you pictures of fabrics to choose from. You pick your favorite, we make it and you are snuggling with your new best blanket friend.
