General Questions

Are the Lullababes blankets only for babies?

Absolutely not, some of our happiest customers are adults with their family blanket.  It is the only blanket that you can wrap around your shoulders and the rest of you as well.  Is your husband 6’8”?  A family blanket will become his favorite possession.

Do you make blankets with licensed fabric?

We do not.  You have to get permission and pay royalties.

How are the blankets packaged?

All Lullababes blankets come to you beautifully packed in a cake box.  The top of the box is clear so you can see the blanket.  The blanket is tied with a ribbon and has a care tag attached.  There is no extra charge it’s a part of the experience.

How do I wash my Lullababes Blanket?

Please wash them in cold/warm water and tumble dry.  They are meant to be used and washed often.

Is the fabric pre-washed?

Yes.  We wash all the fabric before we sew it.  Since the fabrics are different we don’t want them to shrink unevenly after you get it.  They are washed in baby-safe detergent.

What is a Mini for?

Minis are great if you have a “Linus.”  Some kids love to carry around their blanket but they are too little and it drags.  A mini is perfect size for baby to walk with.  It is also the perfect size for a special dolly.  Sometimes they match the new baby’s blanket.

What is that crazy shag fabric?

It is 100% polyester and I swear it has magical powers.  It will keep baby warm and snuggly.  It’s also fun to do a “bear skin rug photo” with it.

Order Status

When will my order ship?

The normal turn around time is 2-6 weeks depending on fabric availability. Most standard orders will be shipped in 1-2 weeks. We want you to enjoy your Lullababe as soon as possible! If you have a rush order, please contact us before placing your order.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

How do I return an item?

Lullababes does not return or refund products, other than defective or damaged items, due to health and safety reasons. If you ever have a problem with your product (beyond the expected ‘hand-made’ imperfections), please send it back to us with a note of explanation. We will work with you to make you happy and snuggling again with your blanket or clothing. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if your order is shipped to an address in California.

All of our orders are processed through PayPal, a third party online payment company. At checkout, you will be taken to PayPal’s website to complete the transaction.
